Combine the bourbon, vermouth, bitters and OJ in a shaker. Shake it up and pour into 2 highball glasses filled with ice. Add the Chambord by tilting the glass and slowly pouring it down the side of the glass (as you would a beer.) The Chambord should go straight to the bottom then rise up slowly through the drink. Garnish each drink with a couple of cherries.
