This looks so good! I just got some organic pepper and Himalayan sea salt from Sustainable Sourcing https://secure.sustainablesourcing.com and I think I’ll try them both out in this recipe over the weekend for our dinner guests. Yum!

Made this today. Deep, rich chocolate flavor with a nice banana sneaker to follow up that great chocolate flavor. Nice crumb and delightful switch from pumpkin breads for fall. Per usual, Tyler hit’s a home run. Too bad my Red Sox couldn’t do that this year! Love your work, Tyler. Your work makes life wonderful.

This dish was absolutely incredible, both in presentation and taste. However, I must warn anyone who decides to make it that the butter sauce is deliciously distracting. Once I finished the sauce I was so excited to eat my pork chop that I forgot about my prosciutto crisping, and just about burned it beyond consumption. Other than that little mishap I loved this Tyler Florence creation.

Saw this recipe in one of your books I got at the library yesterday (I don’t know why I bother getting them at the library first anymore, I end up going to buy them any way).
